Why we started this

Demand for AI training work has exploded — data labeling, model evaluation, RLHF, red-teaming, multilingual annotation — but the way people find it hasn't kept up. Job boards bury real openings under generic postings. Cold applications go into queues with thousands of others. Most candidates never find out a role even had an opening, let alone get in front of the team hiring for it.

At the same time, the companies doing this hiring — from frontier labs to smaller AI teams — don't want to run a full recruiting operation for every project. They need people who are already verified and ready to work, not a pile of resumes to sort through.

Remotie sits in the middle of that gap: a recruiter-led service that places verified candidates directly with partners who are actively hiring, instead of adding one more listing to a pile nobody reads.

What we believe
