1. What we collect

To place you with a partner organization, Remotie collects information including your name, contact details, work history, and — as part of identity verification — government ID images, a liveness capture, and other identity data required to confirm you are who you say you are. We also collect information related to skills submissions, interview scheduling, job offer documents, and wallet/payout activity.

2. How we use it

  • To verify your identity and eligibility for placement.
  • To match you with partner organizations hiring for relevant roles.
  • To manage your application pipeline, including scheduling, document exchange, and notifications.
  • To process and track wallet balances and withdrawal requests.
  • To communicate with you by email, in-app notification, and — where you've opted in — Telegram.

3. Who we share it with

Identity verification outcomes and relevant application details are shared with the partner organization you're being placed with, and with your assigned recruiter. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data retention

We retain identity verification and application data for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterward as required for compliance and dispute-resolution purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to any retention obligations we're required to meet.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data, including encryption of sensitive fields and restricted access to identity verification records. No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password on your account.

7. Contact
