1. What Remotie is

Remotie is a concierge placement service. We connect verified candidates with partner organizations hiring for remote AI training work, and a dedicated recruiter manages your application through to placement. Remotie is not itself your employer for roles you're placed into with a partner organization, and does not guarantee placement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to complete identity verification to use Remotie. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including during onboarding and any per-application verification steps.

3. No upfront fees to candidates

Remotie does not charge candidates upfront fees to apply, be matched, or be placed with a partner. Payouts for completed work are tracked through your wallet in accordance with the terms of the specific placement.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate identity, contact, and work information.
  • Complete identity re-verification when a pipeline stage requires it.
  • Keep your account credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.
  • Use the platform, including messaging and document features, only for legitimate placement purposes.

5. Verification & skills submissions

Identity verification exists to protect both candidates and partner organizations. Skills submissions, where required, are used to complete a pipeline stage and are not scored or graded as a condition of advancing.

6. Wallet & withdrawals

Balances shown in your wallet reflect a manual ledger maintained by Remotie, not a live payment processor. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed according to the minimum withdrawal amount and timelines communicated in your dashboard.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, including providing false identity information or misusing the platform. You may request account closure at any time by contacting us.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Remotie is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that any specific placement will occur, that partner organizations will extend an offer, or that any particular income level will be achieved. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remotie is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email before they take effect.
